Terms & Conditions for Freesale/Allocation

Freesale/allocation is to be managed by the Partner Hotel.

It is the responsibility of the Partner Hotel to ensure that the correct information & confirmation method is displayed for all
Freesale/Allocation Reservations.

Failure to close out availability to Infotel may result in the hotel incurring additional costs if the closest alternative accommodation
rates are higher or the client experiences increased transportation costs (Fuel/Taxi Fares).

In the event that accommodation booked by an Infotel client is unavailable due to the failure of the Partner hotel to close out
availability or a double booking, the hotel will become financially liable and will be required to source alternative accommodation to the
satisfaction of the client.

As a Partner Hotel, in the event of booked and confirmed accommodation not being available, the Partner Hotel will have access to
the Infotel call centre who will endeavour to source alternative accommodation. However it is the ultimate responsibility of the hotel.

Rates available on the Freesale/Allocation system to be managed by the Partner Hotel and must be honored at all times.

Cancellation/Deposit policies on the Freesale/Allocation system are to be managed by the Partner Hotel and honored at all times.

Partner Hotel should ensure that all of their reservations staff are aware of the Freesale/Allocation agreement with Infotel Solutions Ltd.
Infotel accepts no responsibility for the cancellation, alteration or curtailment of any booking made as a result of matters beyond reasonable
control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts
of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action or any other reason
beyond the control of Infotel.
